During my stay, I found this hotel to be very close to everything I needed for a perfect vacation. It was just in front of the beach, and the pass to the beach through the bridge was right in front of the hotel. Also, it was very close to the night market, making it easy for me to enjoy local foods and drinks. Furthermore, this hotel was exceptionally clean and equipped with essential facilities, and there was a car parking that alleviated the burden of finding a parking spot. The staff was really excellent - always ready to help with anything I needed, and they made me feel at home.
Was all great!

We stayed at a newly refurbished hotel that was very affordable and conveniently located close to the night market and everything you need on a vacation. the hotel staff were extremely helpful, offering us beach umbrellas, towels, and mats. Our room was spacious, clean, and serviced daily. Plus, the hotel was very close to both Kata and Karon beaches, making it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand.
The hotel had some noise from construction, which interrupted our rest a little.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the location was great, just a few steps away from the beach. the room was clean and tidy, offering all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The noise level was too high in the room, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the view from the balcony was not appealing and lacked the scenic beauty expected for a beach location stay.

Spent Xmas in a small hotel in Kata and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, providing us with free coffee in the lobby and invaluable advice on the best places to explore. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to the beach through a bridge right in front of the hotel and plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs within walking distance. The room itself was new, fresh and clean, and came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
As it was still under construction and we were not informed about it, construction sounds started at 9 in the morning and lasted throughout the day. The balcony faced a noisy and busy road, which was a bit of a nuisance when tuc-tucs with loud music drove past.

The hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the beach. It's also conveniently close to everything you need on a vacation, like shops and restaurants. The staff here are really friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities you could ask for. One thing I really appreciated was the option to choose a room without windows on the top floor, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast offered at this hotel was also a nice touch.
Everything was great.
